Polyhouse with subsidy

Hi,

I want to eract one polyhouse , i have few doubts as below , please help to get clarified :

  1. I have sufficient cash to cover cost , is it mandatory to have loan to get subsidy or i can construct with my money and apply for subsidy.
    2.Process to apply.

WDear sir,

Rules and regulations differ from state to state and center. In general , now a days, bank loan is a must to process for subsidy . Previously, it was not existing.

Try to meet your state Horticulture/Agriculture authorities and they may do the needful.
