go with coco peat ( coconut husk ) and plant Geranium variety. As far as Organic is concern use only Neem Paste ( azadirachta indica fruit paste ) cow urine spray ( 1 ml +1 lit )
I am doing it commercially how can i use coco peat in farm land for 25 acres ?
You did not mention the total area of cultivation, in this I rather suggest you go for Soil and rice husk/wheat husk 50:50
So you will get natural porosity so the plants will go vigorously even you may add sea sand to reduce your budget
