Hello All,

I’m looking forward to set up a Soil testing labs in Tamilnadu.
Could you please give insight on

  1. What are the labs available other than Government ones,
  2. What all the minimum services it should provide.

Mangala (Mangalore Chemicals and Fertilizers company - MCF) is doing free soil tests throughout South India more focussed in Karnataka.

I had also seen in one of the Krishi Darshana DD program that there is one private soil tester in North Karnataka who comes to farm in Maruthi Omni and does tests onsite. Do not recall the name.

Not much knowledge about TN though.
