Sir , In Telangana , people having barren lands or agriculture lands prefers eucalyptus plantation , cattle fodder and irrigated lands for regular crops . No one will lease out their lands for long term ( 20 yrs ) CBG Gabardhan scheme . The logic property values are increasing every year , and after 5 yrs CBG project may not be financially viable and lender owner may cancel the agreement with notice .  
But you can always start CBG Project as a joint venture with 51 % equity owner as land owner. In such cases the land owner will not invest a single penny, and hold the ownership of the project .  
We are doing a couple of CBG projects in commercial layer poultry farms , where Poultry Litter will be used for Biogas generation and Poultry roof shed will be used for Solar PV installation to power Biogas projects under net ZERO project .

Produced Biogas will be sold to Private CBG brad owners with
