Moringa flowers turning red

In our Moringa farm, flowers are turning red as per attached photo.

Can any advice why is it so and any remedy? This is fist flowering

This is a old post, since i am also planting moringa soon,it might be because of too much water, is it the case or any nutrients deficiency?
