I want to build a house in our farm land. I heard there is a restriction on how big the house can be.
In Karnataka, is there a restriction on how much square feet per acre of farm land can be used for house construction
Upto my practical info, and knowledge, in Karnataka state , there is no limit to construct farm house in our land. We can construct stores, packing hall, labour quarters, water tank, pump/motor house along with farm house.
It is advisable to take panchayat approval for the above constructions.
