Help with Drumsticks cultivation

I have started cultivation of drumsticks (PKM-1) in 1 acre. Plants are almost 3 months old. I am looking for help from experts on following questions.

  1. what should be done to get more flowers?
  2. what should be done to convert drumstick from each & every flowers on plants?
