I have keen interest in farming but unfortunately I could not get any chance due to my Govt. service in Big citites. Now I am retired and wish to do farming. If you guide and support me for same. I have one idea to restrict the flooding of our farm soid and crops during flood conditions. I have visited Israel and seen their advance farming during any critical climatic conditions. I am in Delhi at present. If you are interest to support my interest in farming, Please decide and do the needful.
