I have seen some cultivation being done under solar panels installed on land . Depending on type of soil , it may be possible to grow low height plants needing shade . This way the land can be utilised fully .
Kindly suggest what type of crops can be grown

Not an answer to your query, but I wonder how tractors and implements move under the panels?
Secondly, I wonder why the regular shade loving plants like ginger can’t fit into the plan.
Green Veggies including Menthi / Dhaniya are good options
Do manual cultivation without use of heavy equipment . Perhaps a small hand held tractor plough could be used
