hi team,
finally i can say i have found the equilibrium in my setup, got some additional fishes, and the plants started thriving on the nutrient rich water now… 100% organic, no chemical added at all, its just the fish 
just when I was about to remove the plants thinking its all over, they started blooming with lot of flowers… and in about a weeks time my plants are loaded with healthy green chillies and fresh flowers are still blooming…
this gave me confidence to expand the the set up… started my setup work today will keep u guys posted on the improvements. Some pics taken today of the chilly plants, flowers and chillies attached
PS I faced a small problem… the plant went real tall and since it was all LECA, I had to tie them for support…
