if yes whats the probable rent ,terms and conditions in general
also farm equipments for rent??

Tractors are available on rent per trip basis for dumping soil or lake bed silt. You can also work out hourly basis if it along with JCB.
If you are renting it for ploughing it is 600-700 depending on land condition. You can also rent from Dharmasthala Grameenabhivriddi sangha. Tractor is 400/-day+diesel and driver bata. Brush cutter is 250/day.
