Greetings from Bangladesh. I am a new member of the forum who is interested to establish a commercial stall goat farm. I am from the area of Bangladesh which is prominent for growing the verity of Black Bengal Goat. But the only problem to establish a commercial goat farm is goat feet. To be commercially viable I need cheap feed. All the feeds found here in Bangladesh are expensive. The grass like - hybrid Napier, which may be suitable as green feed but not fit for dry hay. It would be highly appreciated if someone could kindly advise me any cheap feed for goat rearing. How is Alfalfa ? Is there any source to secure alfalfa seed from West Bengal ?
