Why the concept of Farmers Producers Companies is not getting that much of success, though the Govt. is spending lot of money on promotion of Farmers Producers Companies?

Companies profit and income turnover depends on production of those produce that is innovative , existence of continuous demand in the market , consumer preference and appeal , competitive price , market competition , logistics and supply chain , storage and warehousing etc…
In agriculture , to form FPC that is to run on profit ,you need to form a elite group with special knowledge on crop specific technology , production of such a produce that is needed more in market , quality and quantity of the produce , grading , sorting , packing and labelling , cold storage and transport , processing industries attached to the FPC , more specifically management capability of the office bearer like CEO, directors of the companies , market intelligence , credit support and government incentive in a sustained and consistent manner …
In part of dharmapuri and krishnagiri district of tamilnadu state even 3 standard qualified farmer become CEO for FPC and made huge profit bcoz of assistance from Agricultural university by way of technology and market intelligence and farmers credit facility .
Even in UP farmers association are working better and making profit by producing market specific produce that is demanded both in domestic as well as overseas market …
The concern is very few people make profit and majority loose on account of want of knowledge and information
As for my knowledge is concerned , failure or success of FPC is purely on the hand of the Directors of FPC concerned …
For example , mango as food was not known to majority of US people .In recent past only US people understand the value and taste of mango , particularly Indian mango is very much liked by them …So mango export to US has increased now …
So the FPC should gain every possible infos about the produce they intend to produce so as to make the company running in a sustained and profitable scale
If you properly follow everything , your disappointment will see you appointed as a most successful CEO for your FPC very soon …
